“Our guide, Ricardo, was very knowledgeable and friendly.. he was very accommodating to our needs because all of the reviews said that the wine tasting was totally inappropriate at 10:30 AM. So we asked him if we could skip that part and he willingly obliged and took us on a road tour of the wine region instead. This was perfect for us. He had a lunch place picked out which was quite nice and it was right on the beach. Seeing all the hills and paintings in Valparaiso was a great part of our trip. Actually, the street artwork was worth the entire trip!”

“This was a private tour from Santiago. We spent 90% of our time in Valparaiso and very little in Vina del Mar, which is a good thing because Valparaiso is, by far, the most interesting area. We also spent most of our time on foot, which is also a good thing. This is a city that must be walked. We also had an interesting dining experience with our guide, which was extra, but also added to the experience.”
