There is a restaurant stop so you can buy food on the trip. Great value for money but try to have a look at the weather before you bill (if you can) as it makes a huge difference to the tour.”

“Really enjoyed this hike - we were lucky and had great conditions, and also our guide Sebastian was very nice and cheerful! The other guide stayed behind with a couple of people that didn't complete the main hike. We had to wait for them to finish before heading back (quite late as they were quite slower than the rest of the group), so I wouldn't recommend to do a group hike if you are on a tight schedule for the evening - but otherwise it was a great experience!”

“The information about the tour states that the guide is bilingual in English and Spanish. They do not tell you that the guide is only with you for about 2 hours out of the 16. The driver who is with you all day does not speak English. Any information he gave during the trip we did not understand. We had to go through an immigration checkpoint, fill out paperwork for immigration and figure out what time we had to be back to the bus during the 4 stops. Luckily there was one person on the bus who spoke English and he was very helpful. The bilingual guide was picked up…”

“Being out of the country left some communication problems, but we found the trip much cheaper than what we booked before leaving US. Their response was that the price match was only good if you communicated before the trip. Our party of 3 and the others on top deck didn't get instructions - they were all directed to those downstairs. Party of 2 from Australia made same observation. BEAUTIFUL scenery though!!!!”
